Parking
Every vehicle in and out gets recorded. Access, dwell time, rotation and occupancy turned into data to run the facility and look after the people who use it.
The context
A parking lot is an operation too
Parking concentrates flows, shifts and responsibilities, and it usually runs without data. License plate recognition (LPR) turns every access into a record: who came in, when, how long they stayed and how often they return. On that base, management handles capacity, keeps authorized lists in order and answers any incident with the facility’s vehicle footprint. Units run on solar power and cellular connectivity, so they install where there is no infrastructure.
Modules that apply
Alerts
Configurable notice when a vehicle on the administration’s lists comes in: authorized, visitors or unauthorized.
Data and studies
Occupancy by hour, rotation and dwell time to size capacity and plan expansions.
Processing
Where facility rules provide for it, documented management of recorded events.
